Perhaps you can seek employment with the american cancer society.
My mom had cancer for nine years and I remember when I would take her to her chemo treatments they had a board up where people would advertise all kinds of things, including wigs and head wear etc. Maybe you could start with something like that. Word of mouth always helps.
Try a salon maybe.
Please write to or visit Tata Cancer Hospital, Parel, Mumbai; Kidwai Hospital, Bangalore or Inlaks Hospital/Cipla Palliative Care in Pune. Search for Chemotherapy on the net and you should find many specialised Cancer hospitals where you are definitely needed. You could get posters made and put them around the hospitals too. All the best.
I’d join a cancer foundation. If all else fails, then I’d seek employment through a hospital. The reason being that I feel you could do so much more with the experience you’ve gained through a cancer foundation. You probably have a lot of knowledge to impart to other makers of wigs.
