Where can i get cheap or free blonde wigs?

Cos i live in the pacific and its hard to find a store that sells long blonde wigs.. and i want to be barbie on halloween. Where can i get cheap ones of who do you think can give me their old wigs? i dont have a credit card yet so i cant buy online.. please help.. you can email me if you want to give me yours..
i live in one of the islands in the pacific…

Walmart/target has hannah montana wigs for about 10-15 dollars, or it is halloween time, so check there in the halloween section.
Check out your local costume/magic store if you have one. If not, the local drugstore will probably have a Halloween section up in the next month, and blonde wigs are a staple in every halloween section.
Try to find a seller on ebay who will ship to you for a decent rate. There are tons of people selling wigs there.
